We are aware that paying for products and services online can be a concern for buyers. That is why we have gone a step further to safeguard our buyers by implementing stringent credit card security checks. 

 

Verifying their credit card on Serebra Connect allows buyers to protect themselves from fraud.

 

Follow these five easy steps to verify your card today:

 

1.      Log in to My Connect and click Add New Card under the Payments tab.

 

2.      Choose a verification amount ($3, $5, or $10) and specify whether you want this amount applied as a credit towards your first awarded task or donated to charity.

 

3.      Enter your billing and credit card information.

 

4.      Check your credit card account statement for two charges by Serebra Vancouver BC that total the chosen verification amount ($3, $5, or $10). It may take up to seven business days for verification charges to display on your online credit card account statement.

 

5.      Enter the two charges from your credit card account statement in My Connect's Payments tab and click Verify to complete the verification process.

 

Serebra Connect does not store your financial information, so once you have verified your card and are ready to award a task, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information again. You will not have to repeat the verification process!
